The Space Management department is responsible for the management of Jula's product range. This means ensuring product placement on shelves/end caps and floor spaces with a focus on enhancing the customer experience, improving profitability, and facilitating operations in our stores.
At Jula, we always aim higher, and to meet our future expansion, we are now taking new steps and continuing to develop the Space department, which is why we are now looking for an additional Planogram Specialist.
What can a day as a Planogram Specialist look like?
With us, you will have a daily routine where analysis meets creativity. By analyzing sales, you create planograms that strengthen both the customer experience and profitability in our stores. With your understanding of the product range and buying behaviors, you build commercial solutions in the planogram tool JDA that works in all four of our countries.
Planograms, along with complementary sketches and guides, become clear instructions to follow for the best management of the product range.
You will be part of an engaged team of 6 people and work closely with Assortment and Purchasing, Concept, and Establishment. Together, you create structures that make everyday life easier for the stores and the experience better for the customers.
What does your CV contain?
You have 3–5 years of experience working with Space Management and good knowledge in Category Management. You have education or equivalent experience in retail economics, sales, marketing, or communication. You also have good knowledge of product supply via planograms, are used to analyzing sales data, and have experience working at a central level.
The role requires very good knowledge of the planogram tool JDA, the Office suite, and very good English skills. Experience with Relex is an advantage.

You are meticulous, analytical, and results-oriented, and can translate theory into practice to provide our stores with the best conditions. Good to know
The position is a permanent full-time employment. The main location is at Jula's headquarters in Skara, but some work may be done at other locations.
